If you've been a long-time user of Groundplan, you would have noticed a prompt to try our new editor in recent weeks. On 23rd June, anyone who is not yet using the new editor will be switched over by default.
Making the switch
We want everyone to enjoy the new editor's benefits. One particularly popular feature is the ability to move the toolbar to anywhere on plan.
If you haven’t already made the switch, after the 23rd of June, you will be presented with the new plan editor by default when you log in.
For a limited time, an option to switch back to the old version will remain under the Help menu.
If you haven't tried it yet, we highly recommend you do. If there's anything you're not sure about, watch the video below or reach out to our Support team.

Why the new editor?
👀 You can drag the new toolbar to wherever you like to maximise your workspace.
🏃🏽 It’s much quicker to grab the tool you’re looking for with everything now in its right place.
😍 The design is much more in line with modern standards.
