- Your Personal Information is collected and stored with Amazon Web Service a third-party data service provider in Australia (we do not guarantee the continued storage of Data within Australia). We have policies and procedures in place to protect Personal Information and Data from misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure including:

- we review our information collection, storage and processing practices including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorised access to our systems; and
- we restrict access of Personal Information to 3 Stack employees to only those who need that information in order to process it.

- We collect and hold Personal Information and Data in order to provide Services to you. We collect information for purposes including:

- to provide you with the SERVICES requested by you from us;

- We do not share Personal Information with third-party INTEGRATION SOFTWARE, which you may connect with whilst using our Services.

8. ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
If your Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our Service, you may correct, update, delete your information in your Account or deactivate your Account and cancel our Service.

- Each suspected data breach reported to us will be assessed to determine whether it is likely to result in serious harm, and as a result require notification.
